The anti-constitutional plans outlined by Obama were interspersed with lip service to American values, a wide array of real and imagined positive developments that happened to occur under his presidency, along with multiple highly emotional individual stories in support of his agenda. At times, though, the State of Union speech sounded more like the ranting of a socialist third-world dictator unconstrained by a legislature or constitution than the words of a U.S. president who took an oath to uphold and defend the Supreme Law of the Land.

The Israel Minister of Housing and Construction Uri Ariel on Friday expressed his wish to see the construction of a "Third Temple" in the Al-Aqsa Mosque compound in occupied Al-Quds (East Jerusalem).  According to the Alray Palestinian News Agency, Uri Ariel said "The first Temple was destroyed in 586 BCE, the second Temple in 70 CE, and ever since the Jews have been mourning its loss."

It was in last year’s State of the Union address that President Obama announced an ambitious trade agreement negotiated behind closed doors with North American and Pacific Rim nations – the Trans-Pacific Partnership – that drew little attention.  Now, ahead of Tuesday’s State of the Union address, Secretary of State John Kerry presented evidence that a plan originating with the George W. Bush administration to evolve NAFTA into a European Union-style confederation in North America between the U.S., Mexico and Canada has been put into overdrive with the Obama administration’s effort to obtain “fast track authority” to rush the Trans-Pacific Partnership through Congress with limited debate.

In this week's analysis behind the news video, JBS CEO Art Thompson discusses several threats to the United States Constitution, primarily those from sovereignty-destroying free trade agreements and the growing calls for an Article V constitutional convention; how multilateral free trade agreements and partnerships, such as the North American Free Trade Agreement and the upcoming Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), all violate the U.S. Constitution; how with the growing calls for a constitutional convention, the danger of Americans losing their God-given rights has never been higher;

In January 2002, President Bush signed the “No Child Left Behind Act” (NCLB) into law which tied school funding to a punish/reward test performance system. President Bush’s message at that time was, “Test all students every year to hold schools accountable for closing achievement gaps.” Just after taking office in 2009, President Obama announced his “Race To The Top” (RTTT) program, rewarding critical school funding to only those schools who showed excellent improvement in test performance. He dangled $ 4.3 Billion to reward schools ‘points’ for satisfying certain federally determined performance-based standards. There was another added kicker though. The funding would only be allocated to those states and school districts who “voluntarily” subscribed to the newly created Common Core States Initiative (CCSI) program.

Battles are waged on the battlefield and on the high seas and may take hours. Skirmishes in the air are measured in minutes.  The next major battle the US and its allies will see may only take 200 nanoseconds. And sensitive electronics aren’t the only things destroyed. The human body can by damaged as well.
